Privacy Policy for Perfect Digital TV

Perfect Digital TV is a professional digital signage application developed by Perfect Solutions (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) for Android TV devices. It is installed on business-owned screens in venues such as shops, cafés and salons, and plays scheduled content on them. It is not intended for personal use, and it has no end-user accounts: a device is authorised by the venue operator.

Data We Collect

• Device identifier and authorisation token — identify the screen in the management system and authorise its requests.
• Device location (latitude and longitude) — links the screen to the physical venue it is installed in, so that the operator sees where each screen stands and can schedule content per location.
• Technical device state — device model, Android version, app version, available memory and storage, battery level, uptime, network download speed, error counters and whether a display is connected. Used to detect screens that have gone offline or stopped playing.
• Playback statistics — which content item was played and when. These records are the basis of advertising reports for our clients.

The application does not collect names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, contacts, messages, files or any other personal information about the people who see the screen or operate it.

Camera and Biometric Data

This application does not use the camera and does not collect biometric data. The published build does not request camera permission and contains no face detection in its active code paths. Earlier versions of this policy described an audience-analytics feature based on face detection; that feature is not part of the application distributed through Google Play. Should it ever be reintroduced, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before such a version is published.

How We Use the Data

• Delivering and scheduling content to the correct screens.
• Monitoring screen health and alerting the operator when a screen goes dark.
• Producing playback reports for the venue owner and for advertisers.

Sharing

We do not sell data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. Data collected from a screen is available to the client who owns that screen and to Perfect Solutions staff operating the platform.

Storage and Retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers operated by Perfect Solutions. Technical state is kept only as long as it is useful for monitoring; playback statistics are retained for reporting and settlement with advertisers.

Requesting Deletion of Data

This section describes how to request deletion of data collected by the Perfect Digital TV application (package uz.perfectsolutions.digitaltv), published by Perfect Solutions.

The application runs on business-owned screens and has no personal user accounts, so a deletion request is made by the organisation that owns the screen.

How to request deletion:

1. Send an e-mail to info@perfect-solutions.uz with the subject “Data deletion request — Perfect Digital TV”.
2. State the name of your organisation and the venue, and identify the screen — by its name in the control panel or by its inventory number.
3. Confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation that owns the screen.
4. We reply within 30 days confirming what has been deleted.

What is deleted: the device record and its authorisation token, the recorded location of the screen, its technical state history (device model, memory, storage, battery, uptime, error counters, connection history) and its playback statistics. After deletion the screen stops working with the service until it is registered again.

What is retained, and for how long: aggregated figures already included in reports and invoices issued to advertisers are kept for accounting purposes for the period required by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Such figures contain no device identifier and no location. Server access logs are kept for up to 90 days and are then overwritten.

Access to and correction of the same data are requested the same way.
